  • A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE of 100 GBP will be required when booking an appointment to secure the spot. 100% of the booking fee goes towards your treatment. The remaining balance will be paid separately: in cash/bank transfer or by card right after treatment.

  • Booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancelling/Rescheduling your appointment for any reason after 120h (5 days) window will result in losing your booking fee. If there is no contact prior the treatment with such information you will loose ability to book again.

  • You must order a Patch Test when scheduling your appointment, by adding Patch Test option to your booking. Remember to add shipping address to notes section or message us one. 

  • You must be 18+ to get this procedure done even with parental consent.

  • NO guests or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the semi-permanent makeup technician must focus on a permanent tattoo procedure. There is a quiet waiting area outside of the room where your guest(s) may wait at however please be aware treatment might take anywhere between 2 to 3 hours.

  • You must arrive no later than 30 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.

  • RESCHEDULING: You are allowed to reschedule only once, anymore will result in another booking fee regardless if it is within 120 hours (5 days) or not.

  • In order to use the deposit towards your appointment you need to reschedule it at least 120 hours (5 days) before the appointment.

  • THIS IS TYPICALLY A TWO-STEP PROCESS: Initial + a perfecting session. While some clients may accept the pigment and heal beautifully without a touch-up, MOST clients are required to come back for a second session. On some rare cases, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look

  • BOOKING YOUR PERFECTING SESSION: This session needs a separate appointment. Because results are unpredictable, it is recommended that you should book your 4-10 weeks touch-up session the same day as you book your initial appointment. This is not required but highly recommended to be able to get the desired appointment. It is your responsibility to book this session separately. Booking past 4-12 week window will result in additional charge of 50GBP.

  • Any makeup done after 6 to 18 months is considered either a color boost or a new treatment (if makeup is no longer visible).

  • It is recommended to undergo a patch test at least 48 hours before scheduled procedure. However keep in mind that allergy might be developed at any time because this is how human body works. Once you book an appointment please schedule your patch test pick-up (or one with shipping) in advance (so you could perform it at least two days prior your appointment). You can also get the patch test sent to you - order via Fresha Scheduler- choose random date, it will be sent on the same or next working day 

  • If you do not wish to undergo a patch test you will be given consent to sign allowing myself to carry out a treatment without it. Declination form will be given before the treatment, be ready to sign it if you did not undergo the patch test. Please leave us a message on WhatsApp, Instagram or e-mail which day you're going to pick it up so we could prepare it for you- you can pick up your patch test kit only in Reigate, if you’re booking for London you will need to order patch test to your home- order via our Fresha Scheduler. 

  • All foreign retouches will be considered as a new set of brows. Please book accordingly. Send pictures of clear eyebrows beforehand so I know if it's possible to cover your old makeup- in some cases there will be additional charge of 30 GBP needed to cover neutralisation of the old tattoo. 

  • All results will vary from person to person, depending on their: skin, blood type, lifestyle, diet, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.

  • If you have previous work done by another artist, you MUST get my approval before booking. Please send me a few clear photos of your full face and eyebrows with no makeup on them, unfiltered, and in natural lighting for review. If you book an appointment without my approval or disclosing previous tattoo, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled. No Exceptions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

* London appointments must be booked via email or instagram direct. Deposits are nonrefundable and must be paid via bank transfer. They can be rescheduled up to three weeks before your appointment date to be able to use your deposit towards your treatment. Any cancellation will result in losing your deposit. Appointments can be rescheduled once, any other change will result in another deposit payment to book an appointment.
